But for those of us who do not wear heels in general a high recomend practicing quite a bit before your event you will be using them in. Or put them on for shorter derations at first.

As is stated a few times get some tensor wrap bandages or fabric ankle brace that you can also fit over the shoe for extra support.

Due to no real straping around the foot there are movements my heal could leave tge shoe without the support ( that is just heels in general for me not just an this pair thing)

Once broken in they are pretty good I have yet to test stairs, escalators, and wet surfaces yet just been clip clopping through my how to get my calves used to being in that position

Warm up your legs with ankle warm-ups (rotate them one way then the other and also do single movements up and down light side to side)
After use make sure you do light searching for your calves (nothing too intense)
